Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Enzonic Photos operated by Enzonic LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights.
Upload illegal content, including CSAM.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use the Service to distribute spam or malware.
Circumvent storage quotas or billing.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Enzonic LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Storage and Billing

Free accounts receive 24 GB of storage shared across Enzonic apps. Pro accounts receive 100 GB. We reserve the right to suspend uploads if you exceed your storage limit.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENZONIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Kentucky.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes via email.
