Last updated: May 5, 2026

Enzonic LLC ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Enzonic Photos service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed) via our authentication provider, Clerk, Inc.

Photos and Media

Photos, videos, and other media you upload are stored on servers we operate. We may process EXIF metadata (date, GPS coordinates, camera model) embedded in your files.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and upload/download activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service.
  • To process AI photo analysis when you request it.
  • To enforce our storage quota and billing plans.
  • To send service-related communications.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. AI Processing

When you request AI analysis of a photo, the photo URL is temporarily shared with Anthropic, Inc. to generate descriptions and labels. We do not permit Anthropic to train on your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Clerk (auth), Supabase (database and quota sync), AWS S3 (storage), Anthropic (AI).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights.

5. Data Retention

Your photos are retained as long as your account is active. Trash items are permanently deleted after 30 days. You may delete your account at any time, which deletes all associated data within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights (CCPA / Kentucky Residents)

As a Kentucky LLC we comply with applicable US privacy laws. You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out of any future data sale (we do not currently sell data).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
